The National Metrology Laboratory (NML) which is a division of the National Standards Authority of Ireland (NSAI), the National Physical Laboratory U.K. (NPL), the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS), the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) or other equivalent institutes.
